Our name “TKDFit” says what we provide for our students and their families. We are a Taekwondo Academy that incorporates Fitness into the programs taught in our facility. The tenets of Taekwondo and a healthy body, now that’s a winning combination!
TKDFit Taekwondo America caters to family programs, taught by Certified Instructors, where the adults and children work out together. We also offer classes in self defense, specialized yoga, aerobics, birthday parties and more!
Taekwondo America’s Member Schools are a great benefit for students. With locations all over the United States, you can visit any of these locations while away from home, and train with their Instructors and Students without additional costs!
There is always something going on at TKDFit! Our Students and Instructors stay very involved in both the Taekwondo School and the community.
